A very busy couple of months racing for the Harriers, with Ironman, very hilly trail marathons and many other races taking place over a scorching Summer. Christmas Lunch 2018 – Menu

Morning Harriers! As promised here is the menu for this years Christmas dinner, again to be held at the Test Valley Golf Club. The lunch is taking place after the cyclists race on Sunday 16th December, 1:00 for 1:30 All the details are on the menu here so please let John know asap. Thanks

Cyclist Race and Christmas Dinner 2018

A date for your diary Harriers! Our Christmas Dinner has been booked for Sunday 16th December, again at the Test Valley Golf Club. The lunch will be at 1:00pm, for 1:30pm, and the price is £21 for adults, £10 for the under 12s and £5 for toddlers. There is no menu yet, but full details will be sent out soon. That also means the annual Cyclists Race will take place earlier on the same day, starting at 10:45am from the ORC.

The Beer Mile – 2018

Thank you to all those who turned out for the Beer Mile last week, and to Richard Clifford for organising and arranging the event. Another great race was won by Martin Groundsell, over a minute ahead of Simon Lovelock in 2nd, with Dave Bush winning a sprint finish to come in 3rd. Only Dan Crone had to do an extra lap due to an extra frothy burp, and sadly Lenny had to pull out with a tight hamstring. He didn’t throw up though….. Nope.
