We know that joining a new club can be daunting, but every member was new to the club at one point. New Members are always welcome at the club and our training times and sessions can be found on the Club Calendar and Juniors pages.
Depending on whether you are new to running, an experienced runner or somewhere in between then some sessions maybe better suited than others. Generally Thursday sessions have the biggest attendance with a variety of pace groups so that’s usually the best place to start and meet us, plus there’s usually a trip to the local pub after the session so you can see the social side as well as the serious side of the club.
If you want to chat to us before coming down then please feel free to Contact Us via the contact form, or drop us a message on Facebook.
All new members are welcome to come and train with us free of charge for a few sessions to see if you enjoy running with us, if you do want to join then its only £10 every three months by standing order for a senior, or a family membership is £20 every three months by standing order. Junior fees are £20 for a year (September – August).
