16 mile Cross Country Race

A 16 mile cross country race, over undulating ground through beautiful countryside. The race starts at Combe Gibbet and finishes in the village of Overton, where change and shower facilities are available and homemade refreshments can be purchased.
The race starts at 2:00pm at Combe Gibbet (OS: SU365623) and finishes at the Recreation Centre, Bridge Street in Overton.

Parking is available at Overton Primary School (RG25 3ES), a 5 minute walk from the Recreation Centre. Coaches are available from the School, departing at 12:45pm prompt, to take competitors to the start of the race. Please indicate on the entry form below if you require a place on the coach. Baggage transfer is also available to take your kit to the finish.
Postal Entries close on 3rd April 2013. A limited number of entries are available on the day; please contact the race organiser in advance to ensure your place! All competitors must be age 18 or over on the day of the race and unfortunately no wheelchairs, prams or pushchairs are allowed due to the unsuitability of the terrain. The event is also not appropriate for walkers, due to time constraints.
Race details will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event and numbers are to be collected on the day.A challenging course with stunning countryside views.
