April 2019 Newsletter

April was another busy month for the Harriers, containing results from the London Marathon, another succesful Combe Gibbet and an update on our latest Coach to 5k group.

There is some other reports from Rachel who has been running up mountains again, plus updates from the Hurstbourne 5.

March 19 Newsletter

The latest newsletter for March is now up, with race reports from the HRRL and results and standings from the final Winter Handicap

Consistency League – Update

Congratulations on all those who ran the Fleet Half, with some good performances from a lot of those who entered.

This means the latest Consistency Leagues have now been updated and are now available here

There is just one race left in this years league, the Salisbury 10, with still plenty to run for and prizes to be won!

Winter Handicap Results

The final Winter Handicap results are in!

A win for Katie Brothers in a total time of 32.17, coming in just ahead of John Harrison and Stuart Searle who came in second and third respectively.

The result means Stuart takes the win in both the Handicap and Time leagues, and John managed to just hold off Katie for a podium finish in both leagues also.

Congratulations to all those who finished in the top 3, and a thank you to everyone who helped run the races

Presentation Dinner

We are holding the annual Overton Harriers presentation evening this year on Friday 10th May at the White Hart in Overton.

The price will be £25 per head. All are welcome (including partners) but space is limited.
