Club Training Sessions

Monday Night Run’s: Usually 5-7 mile road runs in winter around the village and around the surrounding countryside in summer. The runs start at 19.00 from our Club House on Bridge Street with runners split into groups based on ability. To see our Monday session plan click here

Tuesday Rep Sessions: Rep sessions designed to build strength and speed over longer distances.  This is in preparation for the Cross Country and Road Race leagues that we enter as a club. Sessions alternate between Basingstoke Eastrop Park during the winter and Berrydown in Overton during the summer.  To see our Tuesday session plan click here

Thursday Rep Session: Long road reps in winter, and short reps on grass in summer. Sessions are modified to suit slower runners and juniors.  Sessions start at 19.30 from our Club House. To see our Thursday session plan click here

Sunday Long Runs: Cross country long runs of 10 to 15 miles with runners split into similar ability groups.  The runs start at 09.00 from our Club House.  To see our Sunday session plan click here
